Event Styles & Menu Ideas
Pizza Buffet
Let's set up a buffet table with appetizers, followed by your choice of hot from the oven pizzas, then peanut butter cup s'mores for dessert!
Sit Down Family Style
As guests are seated at large tables, we can roll out appetizers such as pizza slices and farm salads, or wood oven roasted mussels in green curry broth for each table. Then your choice for a main dish offered on large platters and often sliced for easy serving. Finally, dessert - perhaps plates of brown butter coconut macaroons with honey whip cream!
Stationary Tables and Passed Platters
Great for allowing your guests to amble about, converse, and mingle. We can set up about any kind of "board" you can imagine: cheese, charcuterie, crudite, or seafood, alongside oyster bars or chocolate truffle bars! We can also carry trays of mini lobster rolls, pork belly skewers, or spinach and mushroom pastries.
Remember, we are open to creating new menu items for you, just let us know what you like!
