Thus, 3B's is more than a caterer, it's a business that looks to enhance all of the relationships it's a part of.

Food is the one thing that connects all people.  If you follow each step in the food system, at some point in time you reach the earth. Thats why we dove into land stewardship, and raising what food we can. Which led us to regenerative practices, increasing bio-diversity, and sustainable relationships between all beings, entities, and systems. From composting food-waste to building trusting relationships with other farms and vendors, sustainability is at our core.

By knowing our individual gifts and bringing them to the world in a way that is right for us, we can create attunement for everyone. We strive to use what we have, and do what we can to create harmony.  One of our biggest gifts is our love of food, hence our catering and farm pursuits. 

We look to keep it local, lively, and a delight. Dylan, the goofball, has over 20 years in the restaurant industry, from whole hog roasts and fine dining to corporate consulting.
